Bill Pucko - Chief Editor

Bill has 20 years of local sports broadcasting experience. He is also a two-time winner of the Rochester Press and Radio Club's Sportscaster of the Year Award, serves on the Hall of Fame committees for both the Rochester Red Wings and Rochester Americans, is a member of the JP Morgan Chase Basketball Tournament Hall of Fame and in 2006 was inducted onto the Frontier Field Walk of Fame.

Bill is a graduate of Ithaca College and worked at radio and television stations in New Hampshire and Vermont before coming to Rochester. He began his local broadcasting career at WHEC-TV and WDKX-FM.

Bill earned a NYS coaching certificate and has worked in the Webster and Greece school districts coaching fast-pitch softball. He was the head varsity coach at Greece Odyssey in 2002. Pucko coached the Monroe Blazers travel team for eight years. It played for national titles three times. For several years Bill managed a baseball card producing business, creating 16 baseball card sets for minor league teams including two for the Rochester Red Wings.

Bill is the proud father of three children. Carrie Pucko is a two time Section Five champion diver and a graduate of Holy Cross in Worcester Mass. Kyle majored in English and played four years of soccer at SUNY Geneseo . He contributed to two league championship teams, advancing as a sophomore to the Final Four. Nathan is at Webster Thomas High School. He is a soccer and baseball player for the Titans along with being an avid skier.

Pucko grew up in the Boston area and continues to celebrate the Red Sox 2004 World Series championship.
